"Therapy for real, messy, beautifully human lives."

A therapist who
gets into it
with you.

AMFT #158077 · CCTP

I became a therapist because I've always been drawn to the parts of people that don't fit neatly anywhere — the grief that shows up as anger, the anxiety that looks like perfectionism, the love that gets tangled up in old wounds.

I work with individuals, couples, and families. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and built around the belief that healing isn't linear — and that real change happens when you feel genuinely met in the room.

Before all of this, life pointed me here. I'm glad it did.

What we can work through

No issue is too messy or too small. If it's weighing on you, it matters.

Trauma & PTSD

Whether it happened once or across a lifetime — we work at your pace, using evidence-based approaches to help your nervous system find solid ground.

Relationships & Couples

Communication, trust, intimacy, conflict — whatever's getting stuck between you. I work with couples at every stage, including those deciding what comes next.

Family Systems

Families are complicated — always have been. I work with the whole picture: patterns, roles, ruptures, and the possibility of repair.

Anxiety & Depression

The kind that shows up quietly and the kind that takes over. We look at what's underneath — not just the symptoms, but the story beneath them.

Identity & Life Transitions

Who you're becoming, what you're leaving behind, what no longer fits — the in-between is a real place and you don't have to sit in it alone.

The way I work
is relational,
not formulaic.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. My approach pulls from several evidence-based frameworks — but more than any modality, I believe in the relationship itself as a healing force.

I show up curious, direct, and human. I'll gently challenge you when it matters and hold space for the parts that are still figuring themselves out.

You can expect warmth without fluff, honesty without harshness, and a room where you don't have to perform being okay.

Trauma-Informed Attachment Theory EFT CBT EMDR-Informed Somatic

You are the expert on yourself.

My job isn't to tell you who to be. It's to help you hear yourself more clearly.

The body keeps score.

Emotions live in the body. We work with both — not just the thoughts.

Progress isn't linear.

Good weeks, hard weeks, weeks where you can't explain why — all of it is part of the work.

You deserve real presence.

Not a head that nods and says "and how does that make you feel?" — but someone actually in it with you.
